Disklabs stands behind the quality of all their faraday bags.
If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a refund, please ensure the items are in the same original condition as issued.
If you have a problem after 30 days, please send an email to faraday@bmoresources.com.au and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
All Disklabs faraday products come with a 1-year warranty, our warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects, there is no restocking fee. Unfortunately we cannot cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification to our products.
Where you have purchased one of our faraday bags from a distributor, we will work with both you and our partner to resolve the matter, this may mean a replacement product or refund of the original faraday product value (excluding shipping).
SILENT POCKET
To ensure proper warranty coverage, make sure Silent Pocket products are purchased from an approved reseller only.
The goods purchased here shall be free from defects and ensure the products work as described for privacy, security and lifestyle empowerment. These products when cared for properly and under normal use are under warranty for 1 year. Our warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects.
The warranty is voided if the product has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
FARADAY DEFENSE
The goods purchased here shall be free from defects and ensure the products work as described for privacy, security and lifestyle empowerment. These products when cared for properly and under normal use are under warranty for 1 year.
In the event the original retail purchaser detects a defect in the material or workmanship, the product along with the proof of purchase date should be returned to an authorised Faraday Defense reseller or directly to Faraday Defense with the postage pre-paid. Faraday Defense agrees to repair or replace at Faraday Defenses sole discretion on any product found to be defective in material or workmanship within 1 year.
To ensure proper warranty coverage, make sure Faraday Defense products are purchased from an approved reseller only. Be sure the dealer has a mailing address and provides a receipt that verifies: dealer name and address, customer name and address, date of purchase, and details items purchased and their cost. Receipt must be presented with warranty.
All warranty claims of any nature are voided if the product has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
